The FED-X XSS8C15S2V is a 1510mm wide, 800mm deep stainless steel refrigerated sandwich and salad prep counter. The refrigerated well on top takes GN 1/3 pans up to 150mm deep (pans not included), with 390 litres of storage underneath behind 2 self-closing doors, each with a GN 1/1 compatible shelf. Fan-forced cooling with EBM-Papst fans holds +2°C to +8°C, it is tropicalised for kitchens up to 43°C, and it rolls on heavy-duty castors with front brakes.
