The FED-X XPZ2600TN is a 1510mm wide, 800mm deep refrigerated prep counter (saladette) with 2 self-closing doors, a worktop at bench height and 390 litres gross (300 litres net). Fan-forced cooling with EBM-Papst fans holds +2°C to +8°C, it is tropicalised for kitchens up to 43°C, and it rolls on heavy-duty castors with front brakes.
