The FED-X XPZ2600TN is a heavy-duty 1510mm refrigerated prep counter on castors, 800mm deep and 990mm high, that FED calls a standard saladette and groups with its pizza make-up benches. Two self-closing doors open onto 390 litres gross (300 litres net), and fan-forced cooling with EBM-Papst fans holds +2°C to +8°C. It is tropicalised for rooms up to 43°C and carries a 5 star GEMS energy rating. The XPZ3600TN is the three-door, 2020mm version.
