The FED-X XPZ3600TN is a 2020mm wide, 800mm deep refrigerated prep counter (saladette) with 3 self-closing doors and a worktop at bench height. Fan-forced cooling with EBM-Papst fans holds +2°C to +8°C, it is tropicalised for kitchens up to 43°C, and it rolls on heavy-duty castors with front brakes.
