The FED-X XPZ3600TND is a 2020mm wide, 800mm deep refrigerated pizza make-up bench with a marble worktop over a stainless steel bench fridge, so dough can be stretched on a naturally cool surface while chilled toppings sit directly underneath. It has two doors and a bank of seven shallow drawers, takes 400 x 600mm trays, holds +2°C to +8°C with fan-forced cooling and automatic defrost, and rolls on heavy-duty castors with front brakes. It pairs with the FED-X XVRX countertop salad bars for a full make-up line.
