Frymax VX15E - Freestanding Chip Dump & Fry Warming Station
The Frymax VX15E is a freestanding chip dump that keeps freshly fried food hot under an infrared heater while it drains, ready for serving. It can be attached to the left or right side of a fryer, or between two fryers.
Features:
- Infrared heating element holds food at 22 to 60°C
- Stainless steel sloped drain top with a removable grease collector
- Steel body with a stainless steel front door and adjustable stainless steel feet
- Storage cabinet with 3 GN 1/1 pan runners (pans not included)
- Top lifts off for easy cleaning
- Separate light switch
- Attaches to the left or right side of a fryer
