The Benchstar DH-310E is a compact, all stainless steel chip warmer for fish and chip shops, takeaways and cafes that need to hold cooked chips hot next to the fryer. Two 450W Incoloy elements and a quartz light heat from above, over a 1/1 GN base with a perforated tray insert. At just 330mm wide it fits into tight spaces on the line, and it plugs into a standard 10 A power point.
