Gasmax GG-48 - 1200mm Gas Griddle Top 4 Burner
The Gasmax GG-48 is the largest griddle top in the GG range: a 1200mm wide, 22mm thick mild steel plate driven by four U-shaped steel burners. It is made for high-volume breakfast service, burger and sandwich bars, and function kitchens that need a long, even cooking surface. With four separately controlled burners you can heat the whole plate in a rush or only part of it when things are quiet, and it has a third more plate than the 900mm GG-36.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
- Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Gas supply: at 120 MJ/h (natural gas) or 132 MJ/h (LPG), ask your gas fitter to confirm your meter and pipework can handle it alongside your other equipment.
- Access: at 1200mm wide and 152 kg, it needs several people or lifting equipment. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways first.

Is the plate removable?
FED does not list a removable plate for the GG range. If you want a griddle plate that lifts out, look at the RGT-48E.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter in your area.
