For a long prep bench or cooking line, the Glacian BCS72476 gives you 637 litres of chilled storage across 2476mm, behind three self-closing stainless steel doors. The 760mm deep cabinet takes 2/1 GN pans lengthways, so full trays of prepped food slide straight in. It is the larger of the two 760mm stainless steel models, and is rated for 43°C kitchens.
