Bonvue FED H-SL840V - 1200mm Heated Food Display
With 570 litres gross, the Bonvue H-SL840V has the most room of any H-SL heated display, in a 1200mm squared-glass cabinet with black trim and shelving. Four display levels (three wire shelves plus the floor) are each lit, and fan-forced thermal airflow with humidity holds +30°C to +85°C under a digital controller. Staff restock through sliding rear doors. Set it beside one of Bonvue's chilled SL displays for a matching hot and cold run in a bakery, pizzeria or takeaway.

- Hot holding only: FED states it is a hot food holding cabinet and is not designed to heat product. Food should be cooked and hot before it goes in.
- Access: packed, it is 1250 x 900 x 1520 mm, and the unit weighs 198 kg. Check your doorways and plan enough people to move it. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
