Jasper JA-NC - Multi-Function Cooker - Noodle Cooker / Steamer
The Jasper JA-NC is a 600mm gas multi-function cooker that you can set up as a noodle cooker, a dim sim steamer or a cheong fun steamer. One top accessory is included, so you choose the set-up that fits your menu, and extra accessories let you switch later. An 18-jet duckbill burner gives 80 MJ/h on natural gas or 60 MJ/h on LPG, which suits noodle bars, yum cha and Asian restaurants that cook and steam to order.

Good to know before you buy:
- Choose your top: Simco supplies one top with the cooker (noodle baskets, food steamer or cheong fun steamer). Tell us which one you want when you order, by adding a note or contacting us.
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option when you order (same price).
- Installation: it must be installed by a licensed gas fitter to AS/NZS 5601 and local regulations, with suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Water and drain: the water supply (with an isolating stop tap) and the drain must be connected by a licensed plumber.
- Clearances: Simco specifies 350mm at the sides, 150mm at the back and 1500mm above from flammable surfaces.

Can I buy the other tops too?
Yes. Simco sells extra noodle baskets, a food steamer and a cheong fun steamer to suit the JA-NC. Ask us for prices.
Can I drain it straight after a shift?
Simco warns that hot water can cause severe burns, so let the water cool before you drain it.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, and the water and drain by a licensed plumber, in your area.
