The Modular Systems 393577 is a tall, slim gastronorm pan trolley that holds 16 pans in a footprint just 380 x 550mm, so prepped food can be wheeled from the bench to the line or the coolroom in one trip. It's made from 201 grade stainless steel tube and rails, with safety rods to stop pans sliding out and 100mm castors, two with brakes. It's the same height as the double 32-pan 404090 but half the width, and much taller than the 6-pan 400660.
