Built to sit directly under the 18 hot dog Nemco NME-8018 roller grill, the NME-8018-BW keeps 24 buns warm and moist without taking up any extra counter space. A water reservoir adds moisture so buns stay soft, and an adjustable thermostat lets you set the warmth. It is the smallest Nemco bun warmer, drawing 400W from a standard 10 amp power point. If you only need somewhere to store buns, the unheated NME-8018-SBB bun box fits the same grill and holds 36.

- Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point. The grill on top has its own 950W supply, so you'll need two power points.
- Water: check and top up the water reservoir regularly so the buns stay moist.
- Grill sold separately: this is the bun warmer only. The roller grill is the NME-8018-230 / NME-8018SX-230.

Common questions:
Will it fit under any Nemco grill?
It is made for the 8018 series. Other grill sizes have their own matching warmers, from the 32 bun NME-8027-BW up to the 64 bun NME-8075-BW. There is no bun warmer for the small 8010.
Can I set the temperature?
Yes, it has an adjustable thermostat. Nemco doesn't publish a temperature range, so set it to keep your buns warm and soft without drying them out.
Do you install it?
There is nothing to install. It sits under the grill and plugs into a standard 10 amp power point. We supply the equipment only.
