Holding 27 hot dogs in a 565mm wide footprint, the Nemco NME-8027 is the flat-top grill to look at when 18 isn't enough but bench space is still tight. It uses the same 950W as the smaller 8018, so it runs from a standard 10 amp power point, and it is the first size with a divider kit to keep different flavours apart. Choose chrome rollers (NME-8027-230) or GripsIt coated rollers (NME-8027SX-230). Prefer the hot dogs angled towards your customers? The NME-8027SLT is the same width in a slanted style.

- Power: standard 10 amp power point. If you add the NME-8027-BW bun warmer underneath (450W, 10 amp), plan for a second outlet.
- Counter space: the grill is 565mm wide and 413mm deep. The matching bun warmer is a little larger at 584 x 445mm and 270mm high, so measure for both if you plan to stack them.

Flat or slanted: which should I choose?
The flat NME-8027 is 178mm high and suits a counter where staff serve. The slanted NME-8027SLT holds the same 27 hot dogs but stands 260mm high and tilts them towards the customer, so they are easier to see.
Can I separate different flavours on the grill?
Yes. The NME-80435-27 divider kit suits the flat 8027. It lets you organise hot dogs by flavour or product type, or keep cooked and uncooked ones apart. See our Nemco divider kits.
What does the SX in the model code mean?
SX models have GripsIt coated rollers. The NME-8027-230 has chrome rollers and the NME-8027SX-230 is the GripsIt version. Size and power are the same.
