This wide model sits on the 64 bun NME-8045W-BW warmer, double the bun capacity of the narrow 8045N's warmer, and it also comes in a slanted version (NME-8045WSLT). Choose chrome rollers (NME-8045W-230) or GripsIt coated rollers (NME-8045SXW-230).

How hot does it run?
Nemco doesn't publish a roller temperature. Instead you get 2 heat controls (front and rear rollers) and 7 heat settings. As a general food safety rule, hot food should be held at 60°C or hotter, so check your hot dogs with a probe thermometer and set the controls to suit.
