Nemco NME-8010SX-230 - Hot Dog Roller Grill, 10 Hot Dogs, GripsIt Rollers
Want to try hot dogs on your menu without giving up much bench space? The Nemco NME-8010SX-230 is the smallest grill in the Nemco range: it holds 10 hot dogs on a 406 x 279mm footprint and draws just 330W from a standard 10 amp power point. It comes with GripsIt coated rollers, Nemco's own non-stick finish, so wiping down at close is quicker. It suits small cafes, bars, kiosks and staff canteens. If you later want a matching bun warmer, guard or divider kit, those start at the larger grill sizes.
Key features:
- Holds 10 hot dogs, the smallest capacity in the Nemco roller grill range
- GripsIt rollers: a smooth coating with a slight grip, designed to cut clean-up time
- Compact 406mm wide x 279mm deep footprint for a crowded counter
- Low 330W power draw
- Plug and play on a standard 10 amp power point, with no gas, canopy or exhaust needed
- Removable grease drip pan
- Sturdy stainless steel and aluminium construction, made in the USA

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it plugs into a standard 10 amp power point. There is nothing to install.
- Accessories: Nemco's self-serve guards are made for every grill except the 8010 series. Bun warmers and canopy sneeze guards start at the 8018 size, and divider kits at the 8027. If you want those extras, choose a larger grill.
- Food safety: as a general rule in Australia, hot food should be held at 60°C or hotter. Check your hot dogs with a probe thermometer during service.

Common questions:
Can I get the NME-8010 with chrome rollers?
No. This 10 hot dog size is listed with GripsIt rollers only. The choice between chrome and GripsIt starts with the 18 hot dog NME-8018.
Is there a sneeze guard or bun warmer to suit it?
Not for this size. Nemco's guards and bun warmers are made for the 8018 series and larger grills, so pick the NME-8018 if you need them.
Do I need an electrician to set it up?
No. It plugs into a standard 10 amp power point. Allow about 20 minutes for it to heat up before service. We supply the equipment only.
