Nemox Gelato 6K Crea i-Green - Benchtop Gelato Machine, 2.5L Batch
The Nemox Gelato 6K Crea i-Green is a large benchtop gelato machine with a 5 litre bowl, making more than 2.5 litres per batch in 12 to 15 minutes, or more than 10 litres an hour. It suits gelaterias, restaurants and dessert venues that need more than a small benchtop machine can give but don't have floor space for a freestanding one. Compared with the 5K Crea SC, it has a bigger bowl, a 600 W system and a 60 to 130 rpm paddle; the freestanding 15K Crea makes more than 20 litres an hour.

Yes. The Crea series works in manual or automatic mode. In automatic mode the software runs the program and switches to storage for you.
