Orved VBC - Channel Vacuum Bags for External Sealers, Pack of 100
Orved VBC channel bags are made in Italy for out-of-chamber (external) vacuum sealers, which use embossed channel bags rather than smooth ones. ICE lists them as the bags to use with the Orved Eco Vac, Vacuum Family and Fast Vac sealers. They come in packs of 100, in seven sizes of 100 micron polyamide/polyethylene film, plus two sizes in a thinner 75 micron film.

Good to know before you buy:
- Machine type: these are for out-of-chamber sealers. For chamber machines, Orved lists its smooth VBP bags and VBS cooking bags.
- Size: choose a bag no wider than your sealer can seal, with enough length to leave room above the food for the seal.
- Heat: both thicknesses are rated for 70°C for up to 4 hours. If you need higher temperatures, ask us first.

What is the difference between 100 and 75 micron?
It is the thickness of the film. Most sizes are 100 micron; the EXL options in 200 x 300mm and 250 x 350mm are a thinner 75 micron.
