The Orved Idea 42 brings a 5 inch smart touch screen to Orved's large benchtop chamber packer, with 12 preset chef programs ready to go and space to customise and save up to 10 vacuum programs of your own. Underneath, it shares the Idea 41's 20 m³/h pump, 410mm seal bar and 440 x 448mm chamber, 190mm high. It is made in Italy and suits restaurants and production kitchens where many staff use the machine and need it to be easy.
