The Sammic MO-1834 is a heavy duty, programmable commercial microwave with 1800 W of microwave output from two magnetrons and a 34 litre stainless steel cavity. It suits busy cafes, snack bars, pizzerias, restaurants and school or aged care kitchens that heat food in volume through the day. It comes with a shelf kit, so you can heat on two levels.

Why does it draw 2800 W when it is rated at 1800 W?
1800 W is the microwave power that goes into the food. 2800 W is the total the oven draws from the wall to produce it, which is why it needs a 15 amp circuit rather than a standard 10 amp one.
What is the static ceramic base?
The floor of the cavity is a fixed ceramic base rather than a moving one. Sammic says this gives the oven more usable capacity.
How do the programs help?
You can store up to 10 programs, so staff can heat regular menu items the same way each time with a single setting.
