The Santos #32T is the #32 automatic orange juicer supplied on a stainless steel stand on wheels, with a peel container built in underneath. It cuts, squeezes and ejects whole oranges, about 20 a minute, for at least 100 litres of juice an hour, which suits juice bars, hotels, fast food outlets and busy cafes. Unlike the benchtop #32, it needs no cut-out in your bench: the peels drop into the bin in the stand, and the wheels let you move the whole unit out for cleaning.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point.
• Delivery: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways and floor space for a 410 x 770 x 1810 mm unit, about 86.5 kg. At 1810 mm tall, check door heights on the way in too.

Common questions:

Can it take small oranges?
It accepts oranges from 60 to 90 mm across as standard. Santos makes a special adaptor for small oranges from 40 to 70 mm, available on order, so ask us if your fruit runs small.

How do I clean it?
The knife, lower squeezers and ejectors come out, and Santos supplies a 5 litre water sprayer with the juicer to rinse it down.

Can it run for hours?
Yes. Santos designed the #32 to be used continuously for hours, and its commercial motor carries a 5 year warranty.
