For a longer sushi counter, the Sayl Logic SDS1680 gives you 1680mm of chilled display with room for eight 1/3 GN trays, which come supplied. Made in Spain, it holds sushi and sashimi at 0°C to 4°C using static cooling from a cold plate and frost coil, under tempered double glazed glass with LED lighting. The sliding glass doors lift out for cleaning, and it sits on adjustable feet with no installation needed. It is the larger partner to the 6 tray SDS1320.

Good to know before you buy:

• Service periods only: ICE states it is suitable for service periods only and not for overnight storage, so move stock to a fridge at close.
• Bench length and strength: it needs 1680mm of counter and weighs 75 kg, so the counter must be strong and level.
• Access: the packed unit is 1950mm long, so check doorways and corners. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking.
• Power: runs on 240V power and is rated at 0.21 kW.
• Airflow: keep the condenser vents clear and leave room around the unit so it can breathe.
