The SCooker HLPP9N-C9 is a 900 mm induction griddle with a 20 mm smooth steel plate and 9 kW of power. It suits a restaurant or cafe with a 900 mm gap in the cook line that wants as much flat plate as that gap allows. It has the same power as the 800 mm HLPP8N-C9 with 100 mm more plate, and sits below the 12 kW, 1200 mm HLPP12N-C12.

Good to know before you buy:

• Installation: needs a 3-phase 415 V supply (3P+E) and must be connected by a licensed electrician, to AS/NZS 3000. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 900 x 750 x 905 mm unit, about 130 kg.
• Options: B+S also offers a 900 x 50 plinth kit, non-swivel rear castors (set of two), coloured front and door panels in red or royal blue and, on request, a chrome plated griddle plate or combined smooth and grooved plates. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

800 mm or 900 mm?
Both run at 9 kW and draw 13.5 A per phase. The 900 mm adds 100 mm of plate width and 10 kg, so the choice usually comes down to the space in your line.

Is there a non-induction version at 900 mm?
No. The SCooker electric griddles we list come in 400, 800 and 1200 mm only, so the 900 mm width is induction only.

Can it run on a plug, or must it be hard wired?
Either. It can be hard wired or run on a plug and lead, at 13.5 A per phase. Your electrician can advise which suits your site.
