The Skipio SUF15-2 brings 395 litres of freezer space under a 1500mm bench, behind two wide solid doors. It holds -21°C to -12°C with fan-forced cooling, so frozen stock stays ready at the line in restaurants, burger bars and takeaways. It is the 1500mm partner to the SUR15-2 fridge, with the SUF18-3 the next size up.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: 1500mm wide, 700mm deep, 93 kg. It's delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include moving it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
- Airflow: leave at least 50mm from walls for the outlets at the back and side, and room on the left-hand side by the motor, as Skipio advises.
- Power: plugs directly into a standard 10 A wall outlet.

Does it need a drain?
No drain connection is listed. Defrost water goes to a condensate tray, so set the freezer up level using the spacers supplied.
How long does each defrost take?
Skipio says defrost runs automatically, usually 4 to 6 times a day, taking 20 to 30 minutes each time.

We supply the equipment only. It's a plug-in freezer for a standard 10 A outlet.
