Skipio SUR18-3D-6 - Undercounter Drawer Fridge - 1800mm
The Skipio SUR18-3D-6 gives an 1800mm prep line six refrigerated drawers plus one door with a shelf, for 505 litres of storage at 0°C to +8°C. Two drawer stacks keep station ingredients at hand, and the door section takes larger containers. It suits busy grill, burger and Asian kitchens, and is the middle option between the SUR18-3D-3 and the all-drawer SUR18-3D-9.

Good to know before you buy:
- Drawer clearance: the drawers extend about 527mm, so allow 1227mm of total depth with one open.
- Airflow: leave at least 50mm from walls and space at the left-hand end, as Skipio vents warm air at the back and side and the motor sits on the left.
- Power: standard 10 A plug into a wall outlet.
- Access: at 1800mm long and 135 kg, check the route into your kitchen. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
