The Skipio SURF15-2 splits a 1500mm underbench cabinet into a 178 litre fridge (0°C to +8°C) and a 190 litre freezer (-21°C to -12°C), each behind its own door. It suits grill stations, pizza lines and cafe kitchens where cooks want both within arm's reach. It sits between the 1200mm SURF12-2 and the three door SURF18-3.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: the unit is 1500mm wide, 700mm deep and 101 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include taking it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
• Airflow: Skipio asks for at least 50mm between the cabinet and any wall, because warm air exits at the back and side. Keep the left-hand side clear, as that's where the motor is.
• Power: plugs into a standard 10 A wall outlet (no extension leads, per Skipio).
• Levelling: spacers and a spanner are supplied. Keep it level so the condensate tray doesn't overflow.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It's a plug-in unit that needs a standard 10 A wall outlet.

Warranty: 2 years parts and labour from Skipio, for units bought and used in Australia. Consumable parts such as door gaskets, castors and legs aren't covered, and the condenser must be kept clean.
