FED Thermaster GN3100TNC - Pass-Through Refrigerated Island Counter 1795mm
Built for the centre of a busy kitchen, the FED Thermaster GN3100TNC is a 1795mm pass-through refrigerated counter with three solid doors on each side (2 x 3) and 324 litres gross for GN 1/1 pans. Cooks and plating staff can work from opposite sides and reach the same stock. It is made from AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, holds -2°C to +8°C, and is rated to 40°C room temperature. The GN2100TNC is the shorter 1360mm version.
