True GDM-23-HC - 1 Glass Door Upright Display Fridge 686mm 445L
A single-door glass merchandiser is the workhorse of many cafes, bakeries and convenience stores, and the True GDM-23-HC packs 445 litres (net) into a 686 mm wide cabinet. Deep 574 x 591 mm shelves hold more stock per row than the slimmer GDM-19T-HC, and the temperature stays at 0.5°C to 3.3°C for drinks, dairy and packaged food. There is a matching glass door freezer, the GDM-23F-HC, in exactly the same cabinet size if you want a fridge and freezer side by side. Choose silver or black.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: packed, it measures 902 x 775 x 2134 mm. Delivery is by third-party tailgate truck to the front of your premises and doesn't include moving it inside, up stairs or unpacking. Check door widths and any low ceilings or bulkheads.
- Airflow: it breathes in at the front and out at the rear, so keep the front grille unobstructed and leave 26 mm behind the cabinet.

Can I lock it?
Locks aren't fitted as standard, but True offers lock options for the GDM range. Ask us before you order so it can be specified with the cabinet.
How many 500 ml drinks fit on a shelf?
With True's optional TrueFlex gravity-fed organiser, a GDM-23 shelf takes 7 across by 8 deep in standard 500 ml bottles or cans. You need one organiser per shelf.
Will it work in a hot kitchen?
It is designed as a retail display fridge and is tested at 25°C and 60% relative humidity. For a hot back-of-house spot, the solid door T-23-HC is rated for rooms up to 40°C.
