The True TGN-2R-2S gives a busy kitchen two full doors of 2/1 gastronorm storage: 883 litres net at 0.5°C to 3.3°C, with 6 shelves that also take 2/1 and 1/1 GN pans on True's E-shaped slides. It's rated heavy duty for rooms up to 40°C and uses 2.175 kWh a day on a 1.4 A running current. At 1460 mm wide and 858 mm deep it's larger than the 1375 mm T-49-HC, trading a little capacity for GN-sized shelving.

Common questions:

Why choose a GN fridge over a standard upright?
The shelves and slides are sized for 2/1 GN pans (530 x 650 mm), so prepped food can go from the bench into the fridge in the same pan. A standard upright like the T-49-HC has wider, shallower shelves (624 x 569 mm).

Can it sit against walls on both sides?
Yes. True needs no side clearance, just 26 mm behind, as it draws air in at the front and vents at the rear.

Does it lock?
Yes. Locks are standard on TGN-2R-2S.
