With four 2/1 GN drawers across two sections and one solid door section for shelving, the True TUC-93D-4-HC suits a long prep line where most ingredients live in pans but bulk stock still needs a home. The deep 2373 mm cabinet offers 458 litres net at 0.5°C to 3.3°C and is rated Climate Class 5. It sits between the TUC-93D-2-HC, which keeps two door sections, and the all-drawer TUC-93D-6-HC.
