The Adler ECO40 is a compact Italian undercounter glasswasher for bars, cafes and clubs, just 480mm wide so it fits where a full-size dishwasher won't. It takes a 355 x 430mm rack with 270mm of clearance and runs 1 or 2 minute cycles, with built-in rinse aid and detergent pumps, a drain pump and a digital temperature display. ICE rates its water use at 1.7 litres per cycle. It is the smallest Adler machine; the ECO50 (DWA2050) takes 500 x 500mm racks and taller items.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: ICE rates it at 15 A. A 15 A outlet has a larger earth pin than a standard 10 A outlet, so have a licensed electrician fit one if you don't already have it. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: it must be connected to water and drain by a licensed plumber, with an inlet pressure of 2 to 4 bar. It has a drain pump.
• Fit under the counter: it is 838mm high with legs and 480mm wide. Measure the space under your bar before ordering.

Common questions:

Will it fit tall glasses?
The internal clearance is 270mm. Measure your tallest glasses; for more height, the ECO50 has 340mm.

What plug does it need?
ICE rates it at 240V, 15 A, so it needs a 15 A outlet rather than a standard 10 A one.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed plumber, and a licensed electrician if a 15 A outlet needs to be fitted.
