Norris Madison IM17 - Underbench Glasswasher
The Norris Madison IM17 is a compact underbench glasswasher for bars, cafes and restaurants, built with European technology to Norris's specification for Australian conditions. It washes up to 800 glasses an hour on 60 or 120 second cycles, recycling its wash water so it uses only about 2 litres per cycle. Unlike the Norris Glassmate, it injects both detergent and rinse aid automatically and has a pump-out drain, so it can go where there is no floor drain directly below.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it needs a 15 A outlet. Have a licensed electrician check your circuit. For a 10 A supply, look at the Norris Glassmate 10 amp version.
- Water and drain: it connects to hot water and pumps out to your drain, connected by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
- Fit: at 435mm wide it is one of the narrowest machines in the Norris range, handy for tight bar layouts.

Common questions:
Will it fit tall glasses?
The usable wash height is 305mm, which suits most beer, wine and cocktail glasses. Measure your tallest glassware to be sure.
Does it need a floor drain?
It has a pump-out drain, so the drain point does not have to sit below the machine. Your plumber will confirm the connection.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician in your area.
