Norris Madison IM5 - Underbench Dishwasher
The Norris Madison IM5 is a compact underbench dishwasher for small to medium cafes, restaurants and bars that want commercial washing results without giving up much floor space. It washes up to 500 plates an hour, takes plates up to 33cm and glasses up to 33.5cm, and uses just 2.7 litres of water per cycle. It shares its body and rack with the Madison Bantam, but runs on 15 amps with larger elements, handles up to 30 loads an hour and adds automatic rinse aid injection.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it needs a 15 A outlet. Have a licensed electrician check your circuit. If you only have 10 A power, the Madison Bantam is built for that.
- Water and drain: it connects to hot water and pumps out to your drain, connected by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
- Bench height: it is 810mm high (840mm on its legs), so check the space under your bench.

Common questions:
IM5 or Bantam?
Choose the IM5 if you have a 15 A outlet. It has bigger elements, up to 30 loads an hour and automatic rinse aid. The Bantam suits sites limited to 10 A.

Yes. It includes a flat rack insert, a plate rack insert and a cutlery container. Ask us about extra racks.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician in your area.
