Norris CafeMaster AWC - Underbench Dishwasher
The Norris CafeMaster AWC is an Australian-made underbench dishwasher for cafes and small restaurants, with a strong focus on sensible water and power use. It cleans up to 600 plates an hour on 1, 2 or 5 minute cycles, using 3 litres of water per cycle, and its rapid-recovery boiler keeps turnaround quick. It shares its 595mm body, rack and dispensers with the CafeMate AWC, but rinses on mains pressure through a 6 litre boiler rather than using a separate rinse pump.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: Norris specifies a 15 amp power point on a dedicated circuit. Have a licensed electrician check your supply.
- Water and drain: it needs a hot water supply held at 50–65°C at the machine, plus a drain within 1 metre, connected by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.

Common questions:
Does it have a drain pump?
Yes. A pump-out drain is fitted as standard, which makes it easier to place where the drain isn't directly below.
What size plates will fit?
It has 300mm of usable wash height and takes 500 x 500mm racks, so it suits standard dinner plates, bowls and glasses.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician in your area.

Warranty: 2 years parts and labour, plus 5 years on the cabinet and control board, from Norris. Norris extends this to 5 years on the whole machine when Zexa ware-washing chemicals are used consistently (proof of purchase may be required). Exclusions apply.
