Norris AP500 - Underbench Dishwasher
The Norris AP500 is an underbench dishwasher from Norris's AP series, designed to connect to cold water so it never waits on your hot water system. It suits cafes and small restaurants that run short of hot water during busy periods or want to stop relying on a large hot water system. Unlike the CafeMate and CafeMaster, which need a 50–65°C hot water supply, the AP500 heats its own water from a cold connection.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: Norris has made the AP500 in 10 amp and 15 amp versions, and its installation manual calls for a 15 amp power point on a dedicated circuit. Contact us to confirm which version you need, and have a licensed electrician check your supply.
- Water and drain: it connects to a cold water tap and needs a drain within 1 metre, connected by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
- Ordering: this model is built to order by Norris and is no longer shown on Norris's current website, so we will confirm the exact specification with Norris before you buy.

Why connect to cold water?
The AP500 heats its own water, so you are not waiting for a hot water system to recover between busy periods.
Does it dispense chemicals automatically?
Yes. It has detergent and rinse aid pumps that are factory set and adjustable through the control board.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician in your area.
