Norris Madison IM7 - Upright Passthrough Dishwasher
The Norris Madison IM7 is a compact upright pass-through dishwasher for smaller restaurants, cafes and bars that have outgrown an underbench machine. Norris calls it the "little brother" of the IM20: it cleans up to 700 plates an hour (up to 40 loads) and uses about 2.7 litres of water per cycle. Compared with the IM20, it has a smaller 500 W wash pump and 8 kW boiler, a 390mm usable wash height and a lower 16 amp per phase supply, in the same 634mm wide body.
Key features:
- Up to 700 plates per hour (depending on incoming water temperature and pressure)
- 1, 2, 3 and 12 minute wash cycle options
- Automatic detergent and rinse aid injection
- About 2.7 litres of water per cycle
- Self-diagnostic system
- Thermostat function makes sure the set rinse temperature is reached
- Easy-to-clean pressed wash chamber and stainless steel exterior
- Ergonomic pass-through design, European-designed for Australian conditions

Common questions:
IM7 or IM20?
The IM7 suits smaller venues, with up to 700 plates an hour on a 16 amp per phase supply. The IM20 handles up to 1000 plates an hour, has a taller 440mm wash height and a rinse pump, and needs 20 amps per phase.
Does it come with racks?
Yes. It comes with a plate rack, a cup rack and a cutlery container. Ask us about extra racks or benches.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
