Anvil SAA0002 - Adjustable Electric Salamander 600mm
The Anvil SAA0002 is a 600mm electric salamander for grilling, gratinating, browning and finishing plates, and it's handy for defrosting too. It has top heat only, with separate heat controls for the left and right sides, so each half can be set to suit what's underneath. Built from robust stainless steel and supplied with one removable 580 x 320mm grid, it runs on 240V at 3 kW and needs a 15 A outlet.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it is rated at 15 A, so it needs a 15 A power outlet, which is different from a standard 10 A outlet. If you don't have one, a licensed electrician can fit one. We supply the equipment only.
- Placement: at 600 x 510mm and 45 kg it needs a sturdy, heat-safe position with room around it for heat to escape, under suitable kitchen ventilation.
- Access: it arrives packed at 730 x 590 x 580 mm, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking.
