Baron SG/0 - Gas Salamander Grill 750mm
The Baron SG/0 is the gas salamander in the Baron range, with a generous 575 x 400 mm cooking area heated by two burners through stainless steel mesh radiant plates. The grid moves between 8 heights on a rack system, and each burner has a pilot flame, safety thermocouple and piezo ignition. Baron designs it to sit between the kitchen and the pass where staff collect plates, and it suits kitchens that prefer gas over the electric SE and SDSM salamanders.

- Wall mounting: it can sit on a bench or be wall mounted with the optional 9013 bracket, sold separately.
