Atosa AS-62 - Combi Oven Stand to suit EPC-0621E2
The Atosa AS-62 is the open stainless steel stand for Atosa's GN2/1 combi ovens, sized for the 6 tray EPC-0621E2. It lifts the oven to a workable height and leaves an open shelf below for towels, utensils, pans and supplies. It is larger than the AS-5171 for the GN1/1 ovens, at 931 x 959 x 690mm. If you'd rather have tray holders or a closed cabinet, look at the ASR-62 and ASR-62D.

Good to know before you buy:
- Finished height: the stand is 690mm high, so the 922mm EPC-0621E2 finishes at about 1.61m overall. Atosa's oven manual advises keeping the top tray no higher than 1.6m.
- Assembly: it comes in a flat 940 x 614 x 318 mm carton and is put together on site.
- Not included: the combi oven is sold separately.

Common questions:
Will it fit the EPC-0511E1 or EPC-0711E2?
It is sized for the larger GN2/1 ovens. For the 5 and 7 tray GN1/1 ovens, choose the AS-5171.
Can I use it with the EPC-1021E3?
Simco's price list lists it for the EPC-1021E3 as well. That oven is 1224mm tall, so check the finished height first and ask us if unsure.
