The Baker Max MPR-16 is an upright single-door proofer that holds sixteen 600 x 400 mm trays, for bakeries and pizzerias proving larger batches of dough. Digital controls set temperature, humidity and time, with fan-forced airflow and an automatic water filler for consistent results.
