The Benchstar ES-2800L is a heavy-duty 450mm electric salamander for restaurants, pubs and cafes. Use it to grill, gratinate, melt and finish dishes, with an adjustable cooking height of up to 140mm and a proportional control that keeps heating to hold the level you set. It is the compact model of the ES range: the ES-4000L and ES-5600L give you 600mm and 800mm widths for more plates at once.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it needs a 240V 15 A outlet, not a standard power point. If you don't have one, it must be installed by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
