The Blizzard SN-229D is a compact countertop dispenser that makes soft, chewable nugget ice and serves ice, chilled water or both at the touch of a button. It makes up to 100kg of nugget ice a day with about 2.8kg held ready, in a body only 350mm wide, and UV LED sterilisation keeps dispensing hygienic. It suits cafes, offices, healthcare facilities, hotels and workplaces; the larger SN-369D is the pick for high-demand sites.

Good to know before you buy:

• Water: it needs a water supply to make ice and chilled water. Any water and drain connections must be made by a licensed plumber. Ask us about water filter options. We supply the equipment only.
• Bench space: it needs a counter at least 350mm wide and 600mm deep that can take 47 kg, with room above for its 830mm height.
• Power: runs on a standard 240V, 10 A power point.
• Maintenance: FED advises that ice machines must be maintained, including regular filter changes and descaling. If the ice machine is not maintained, the warranty may be void.
