Blizzard FAQs
Which type of ice should I choose?
Cube and crescent ice suit most drinks. Large crystal-clear cubes melt slowly and suit cocktail and spirits bars. Granular (flake) ice moulds around food, so it suits seafood and produce displays. Nugget (chewblet) ice is soft and chewable, and is popular in healthcare and quick-service drinks.
How much ice output do I need?
Ice output is quoted per 24 hours in ideal conditions. In a hot kitchen or bar a machine makes less, so choose a model with some headroom over your busiest day. The storage bin size tells you how much ice is ready to use at once.
What warranty do Blizzard ice machines have?
Blizzard ice machines come with 2 years parts and labour warranty.
Do you deliver Blizzard Australia-wide?
Yes. We deliver to every state by tailgate truck.
