Blizzard SN-500P - Ice Cube Maker with 170kg Bin 225kg/24hr
Busy hotels, clubs and restaurants that run out of ice at peak times can step up to the Blizzard SN-500P. This air-cooled cube ice maker makes up to 225kg of 22mm cubes a day and stores about 170kg, so there is plenty on hand for a rush. It uses an Italian Aspera compressor and runs on a standard 240V, 10 A supply, and it shares its 760mm wide cabinet size with the higher-output SN-700P.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the packed unit is 858 x 925mm and 1730mm high. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways and the route inside.
- Water and drain: it needs a cold water supply and a drain, connected by a licensed plumber. FED recommends a water filter (ask us about the WFI37000 filter kit). We supply the equipment only.
- Power: runs on a standard 240V, 10 A supply.
- Maintenance: FED advises that ice machines must be maintained. Change the water filter cartridge every 6 months and descale the unit. If the ice machine is not maintained, the warranty may be void.

Both are 760 x 860 x 1745mm with about 170kg of storage. The SN-700P makes up to 315kg a day, against 225kg for the SN-500P, so choose it if you empty the bin several times a day.
