The Blizzard SN-120P is a 500mm wide, air-cooled underbench ice maker for cafes, bars and restaurants that have outgrown a small machine. It makes up to 55kg of 22mm cube ice a day, has a bin that holds about 18kg, and pumps its own waste water with an internal drain pump. It sits in the middle of the Blizzard underbench range, between the 36kg SN-80P and the 80kg SN-81B.

Good to know before you buy:

• Water and drain: it needs a cold water supply and a drain. The internal pump moves the waste water to the drain point. A licensed plumber must make both connections, and FED recommends a water filter (ask us about the WFI37000 filter kit). We supply the equipment only.
• Space: at 850mm high and 590mm deep, measure under your bench before ordering and allow room around it for airflow.
• Power: plugs into a standard 240V, 10 A power point.
• Maintenance: FED advises that ice machines must be maintained. Change the water filter cartridge every 6 months and descale the unit. If the ice machine is not maintained, the warranty may be void.

Common questions:

What does the bin control setting mean?
FED lists the bin as holding about 18kg, with the bin control (the level at which the machine pauses ice making) set at about 10kg. So plan on roughly 10kg ready to scoop in normal running.

Will it fit under my bench?
It is 500mm wide, 590mm deep and 850mm high. Check the height under your bench top, and leave space around it so the air-cooled condenser can breathe.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected to water and drain by a licensed plumber in your area.
