The Brenner Ember CFO1-50R brings real charcoal cooking to a restaurant, grill house or steakhouse kitchen, with grilling and oven-style roasting in one stainless steel unit. It runs at 250–350°C for searing and roasting, and an 8 kg charcoal load lasts around 6 hours. It is the compact model in the Ember range, 622mm wide with a 500 x 538mm grill, where the CFO1L-70R and CFO2-100R are wider with bigger grills.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: it arrives packed at 820 x 720 x 1270 mm and 212 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking. Check your doorways and plan how you will move a unit this heavy.
• Smoke and extraction: charcoal cooking makes smoke and a lot of heat, and the oven vents through its chimney. Check the exhaust, fire safety and building rules for solid-fuel cooking with your local council, landlord and a ventilation contractor before you buy.
• Stand: the oven needs a solid, heat-safe base. The matching CFO1-50-S cabinet stand lifts it to working height and gives enclosed storage for charcoal, tools and trays. Ask us for a price.

Is the stand included?
No. The CFO1-50R is the grill and oven only. The matching stainless steel cabinet stand (CFO1-50-S) is sold separately. Ask us if you would like it quoted with the oven.

How long does a load of charcoal last?
Brenner quotes about 6 hours from an 8 kg charcoal load, with roughly 45 minutes to fire up from cold.

Can I get a different door colour?
Yes. The door can be made to order in grey, red, blue, black or yellow. Ask us before you order so we can check it with FED.
