The Brenner Ember CFO2-100R is the largest charcoal-fired grill and oven in the range, for busy restaurants and steakhouses that want real charcoal flavour. Upper and lower air dampers and a built-in thermometer give you control of the fire, and it takes a 16kg charcoal load.
