B+S Black BT-SB4 - 600mm 4 Burner Gas Boiling Top on Stand

The BT-SB4 gives you four 31 MJ open burners in a 600mm wide top on a stainless steel stand with an undershelf. It is a sensible middle size for a cafe or small restaurant where two burners are not enough and a 900mm top will not fit. Compared with the BT-SB2 it doubles the width and the gas load, and the BT-SB6 adds two more burners in a further 300mm.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 600 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.
• Options: B+S also offers a pilot light per burner, non-swivel rear castors (set of two) and a 600 x 50 mm plinth kit. Ask us for a price.

B+S Black or K+?
The BT-SB4 has 31 MJ Italian made burners and vitreous enamelled trivets, with a 24-month warranty. The K+ KBT-SB4 has 30 MJ burners and cast iron trivets, with an 18-month warranty.

Should I choose this or the bench mounted BT-SB4BM?
Choose this one if there is no bench where the top will go, because it stands on its own at 1030 mm overall and gives you an undershelf. The BT-SB4BM is only 425 mm high and has to sit on a bench you provide.

Can I roll it out to clean behind it?
Only with the optional non-swivel rear castors, sold as a set of two. If you plan to move it, ask your gas fitter how the connection should be set up.
