The K+ KOV-SB6 is a 900 mm gas range with six open burners over a wide oven, for restaurants and pubs running a steady pan section. Its oven is 785 mm wide against 485 mm on the KOV-SB4, so there is more room on each rack. The KOV-SB8 has the same size oven but adds two more burners and a 300 mm storage cabinet.

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 900 x 840 x 1030 mm unit, about 200 kg.
