B+S Black OV-GRP6 - 600mm Grill Plate Gas Range with Oven
The OV-GRP6 is a 600mm wide range with a full width 16 mm thick grill plate over a gas oven and no open burners. It suits a burger shop or breakfast cafe that does most of its cooking on a flat plate and still wants an oven underneath. The OV-SB2-GRP3 splits the top into two burners and a 300mm plate, and the OV-GRP9 is the 900mm version.

- Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 600 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.

Can I get fan forced on this model?
No, B+S does not offer it on the OV-GRP6. If a fan oven matters to you, the OV-SB2-GRP3 is the closest model that takes the option.
How is the gas load split?
On natural gas, the two grill plate burners account for 44 MJ/h and the oven burner for 29 MJ/h.
Is the oven smaller than on the OV-GRP9?
Yes. It is 485 mm wide inside against 785 mm on the OV-GRP9, with the same 630 mm depth and 290 mm height.
